Mentors and supervises over 10 postgraduate diploma students on critical research projects in areas such as industrial microbiology, food safety, and antibiotic susceptibility, ensuring rigorous scientific methodology and timely completion.
Coordinates and oversees the Students' Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) for MCB 316/300, facilitating practical skill development and industry exposure for 6 units of students.
Contributes to departmental administration through roles such as Departmental Welfare Secretary (2020-2024), Accreditation Subcommittee on Laboratory Facilities (2020), and Co-chairman Laboratory Maintenance Committee (2025), enhancing operational efficiency and student support.
Actively engages in research and publication, presenting findings on antimicrobial resistance and bioethanol production at national and international conferences, including CEBBIDOH-KASU International Hybrid Conference.
